First Visit Expectations

Let’s get to know each other

Your child’s first visit is not only about our team getting to know them, but also about you and your child getting to know our team. In the time we spend together, we encourage you and your child to ask questions, express your concerns, and share with us anything you want us to know to help make their care as individual as they are.

Part of getting to know you and providing safe, personalized support involves reviewing their medical history. Certain medical conditions and medications and can influence treatment protocols – so you will be asked to provide a list of any medications and their dosages (including vitamins and supplements) that your child may be taking. You’re in great hands

Once their entire exam and cleaning is complete, Dr. Julie or Dr. Kim will talk with you and your child about their findings.

If any treatment is needed, we can create a healthy, effective treatment plan that best meets your child’s dental and personal requirements. We can prioritize and stagger their treatments to give your child a smile they deserve in a timeframe you can afford.

Finally, we want you to know we will go above and beyond to make your child feel relaxed and safe. Not only is their physical comfort important to us, but their emotional comfort is as well.
